Process Co-ordinator

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and manage daily operational processes across departments
  • Ensure all the steps in the SOP/ flowchart is done in a timely manner
  • Provide all relevant information with everyone in the workflow
  • Support training of staff on new or updated processes
  • Identify bottlenecks and communicate the same with Management.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

Rabale, Navi Mumbai

Job/Knowledge Requirements

  • Any Graduate- BMS preferrable
  • 1–2 years of experience in process coordination, operations, or similar role
  • Basic Excel Knowledge
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities

  • Attention to Detail
  • Team collaboration
  • Excellent in communication in English and Hindi
