Process Co-ordinator
Job Duties
- Coordinate and manage daily operational processes across departments
- Ensure all the steps in the SOP/ flowchart is done in a timely manner
- Provide all relevant information with everyone in the workflow
- Support training of staff on new or updated processes
- Identify bottlenecks and communicate the same with Management.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation

Job/Knowledge Requirements
- Any Graduate- BMS preferrable
- 1–2 years of experience in process coordination, operations, or similar role
- Basic Excel Knowledge
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
