Jr. Sales Coordinator

Job Duties

  • Coordinates with prospective clients and arrange sales meetings.
  • Coordinates with sales team/s by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information and follow-ups.
  • Establishes active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly.
  • Prepares and follows up on sales quotations prepared for clients.
  • Collaborates with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, addressing complaints & queries, and timely deliveries to customers.
  • Prepares and follows up on sales quotations prepared for clients.
  • Coordinates with Production Department for billing and transport of products (dispatches)
  • Maintains inventory of sales materials.
  • Makes travel arrangements with hotels and airlines/railways, etc. for sales representatives attending conferences, trade shows and meetings.

Office Location: Thane

Job/Knowledge Requirements

  • Graduate in any field
  • Fresher or 1 year experience in Sales department
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Knowledge of digital and manual filing systems

Skill Requirement

Excellent in administration and coordination

Excellent in managing paperwork.

Excellent in Written and Verbal communication in English and Hindi.
