Sales Engineers

Job Duties

  • Prepares and develops technical presentations to explain our company’s products or services to customers
  • Serves customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations
  • Provides product, service, or technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests of products and services.
  • Collaborates with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provides sales support.
  • Generates high-quality sales leads, follows up after initial contact, secures and renews orders, negotiates prices, completes sales, and arranges deliveries.
  • Solicits and logs client feedback and evaluates the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.
  • Sets and achieves sales goals and quotas.
  • Trains other members of the sales team on the technical aspects of the companys products and services.
  • Update all information In the ERP/CRM regarding meetings and calls.

 Knowledge Requirements

  • Btech – Mechanical or Instrumentation
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Valve/Piping /Mechanical engineering Industry
  • Experience in using ERP
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)

  • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good leadership and team working skills.
  • Strong communication in Hindi & English, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
