HR Intern

Job Duties :

  • Assists in the recruitment and onboarding process, including reviewing and shortlisting resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
  • Assists in maintaining accurate HR records and documentation
  • Supports the HR team in various HR activities, such as employee engagement, performance management, and training
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department
  • Assists in organizing company events and employee welfare programs
  • Conducts research on HR best practices and assist in implementing new initiatives

Job / Knowledge Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Good understanding of Full Recruitment Cycle
  • Proficient in MS Office
